Question: How can i build my arms.?
i'm 13 and i do exercises with my 5lb dumbells and i justwant to really build my triceps and maybe biceps for the next 4 weeks!
Please tell me how to build my arms and have more strength when doing pushups and when doing cartwheels! by the way i am about i think 110 to 115 pounds so please help me!Health Question & Answer

Tricep kick backs, pull downs, raise and lower a heavier weight over the head, skull crushers, triceps dips off the stairs
Bicep
bicep curls , hammer curls, chin ups
When you can complete 3 sets of 8-12 without it being tough increase the weight 3-5 lbs.
Hun the best way to complete push up with more strength is to do as many push ups as you can, start on your knees and work your way up to a plank position. Increasing your biceps and triceps individually or by themselves is great but if your goal is a push up. Start trying push ups. they will get easier.

For the bench press, I would get a comfortable grip and width, basically so that your wrist is directly over your elbow and your forearm is in a straight line up and down.Then lift the bar up and lower it slowly so that it just touches the mid-part of your chest (right across your nipples). Then return it to the starting position. That is essentially it, but I would really ask an expert to show you because these words can easily be misinterpretted to do something maybe not so correct.
