Question: My body disgusts me...?
but i still can't stop eating all the bad foods. how can i stay on track and finally lose this weight.? i need to lose about 20-25 pounds. please help. Health Question & Answer

Your attitude is bad. In fact by all accounts it is dangerous. You're feeling disgusted, you are blaming yourself, you get on a guilt trip that is not necessary. Surely this is a case of right thinking gets right action.

Do not think about loosing weight if you feel you have a problem with your diet. You first need to work out what your diet should be. The main rule for diet is variation. If you are eating plenty of different things that is good.
Things like shoot and root, leaf and fruit, and colour red, yellow, orange and green, should be what you are looking to include.

Vary your meat intake, offal provides more vitamins that muscle meat. Have some read meat, some white meat, some oily fish and some white fish.

I had a great aunt who was seriously obese, so she was put on a diet by her doctor. She was heard to have said, 'I've eaten my diet, now I'm going to have my dinner.'

If you set yourself a diet and it is not meeting your needs then it is not good. Just be prepared to experiment, find what satisfies you. Fat for instance gives the feeling of good taste and satisfaction, like who doesn't like ice-cream. Some vegetarian dishes are tasty and can be quite filling.

A good idea is to make a menu for a fortnight, so that you plan and prepare what you are going to eat. If you wait for the last moment, you will just go by what you habitually do. With food prices as they are you really want to be eating good food to get your money's worth.

ok i am the EXACT same way.......here is my advice 2 you

buy healthier foods. that way, if u eat a lot of it, its not as crappy 4 u. there are a lot of healthier foods that r yummy nd not expensive out there u no.

play a sport or join a gym. i personally play soccer and basketball and i realize that even tho i eat a ton of food, healthy nd non, i still maintain an ok body weight nd it keeps me in shape
