If you want to gain weight..dont do it the unhealthy way(by eating junk food), eat lots of veggies and fruits...fresh ones that is. And for your arms, do strength training in order to build muscle.
For example, try lifting weights, but dont try to lift the largest weights possible...start out low, and then you can gradually start building up the weights.

Need to shock your body with marginally more food to put on weight. Six small meals throughout the day is the best way. You can substitute a couple of them with meal replacement shakes. Or whatever, just eat lots.

To gain muscle quickly, eat a hell of a lot of protein. You weigh 80, so see if you can eat 80 grams of it a day. Whey protein powder/shakes are a good source. Lean meat, chicken, tuna.

The next ingredient is weight training. Lift weights that are so heavy that you cannot do more than 8 in a set. Not at first of course, you can ease into it to minimalise muscle aches.
