Easiest and most effective exercise for getting rid of stomach fat?!
Question: Easiest and most effective exercise for getting rid of stomach fat.?
I need to loose at least five pounds that I have gained, I am skinny, but i'm getting wider and wider I have annoying love handles. I say they're annoying because it's so hard for me to find pants or jeans that fit me right now! When they actually fit around my waist, I can't fill in the rest right since i'm still really skinny from the side. So just losing the weight would be best. And I gained some fat on my stomach over the summer that I would like to get rid of too.
I don't care how painful the exercise is, but I just really need it to be somewhat simple, not too time consuming, and really effective.

well usually if u are slim everywhere.. but carry it in the stomach.. that is due to poor diet..
So u need to cut out some calories.. cut out the extra carbs and fats..
the only way to burn fat is to do cardio... only way..... maybe some weight training a few times a week as well
30 mins cardio 3 times a week
5- 10 mins of ab workouts everyother day

Abs, everyday. Most people do stomach crunches incorrectly so if you have a gym membership I would use the machines that are designed for toning your abs. Even it's for 15 minutes this will do wonders!Health Question & Answer
