Stop eating so much junk food. If you really want to lose weight, wake up early when the air is fresh and cool and go take a jog around the neighborhood. You HAVE to run. You may think you can't but withing a week, you will be able to run without a problem but not very fast though. Running is a great way to lose weight because you will sweat a whole lot. While you are running have a cold bottle of water. Don't drink stuff like Gatorade they will just replenish all those calories you burnt. When you eat your meal, make sure it isn't too fattening or just put lots of letuce in. You can also do push ups like about 5 sets a day and 5-10 percent just so start with.

Though it sucked, a friend of mine lost heaps my eating nothing but raw veggies.

Really just exercise, drink water not coke and have a carrot instead of chips.
