okay so i know this is kind of embaressing but i was constipated and i think it's past now.but i still have stomach aches and i need to get rid of them by tomorrow night any help would be wonderful! thank you so much!Health Question & Answer

For the sour stomach, simple, baking soda and water. Just mix 1/2 tspn of baking soda with 1/2 glass of water then drink it all down right away. It tastes real nasty but it works. Then follow it up with some cherry or orange flavor milk of magnesia, 2 tablespoons, which doesn't taste near as bad and it'll wash the baking soda taste away.
Baking soda will neutralize the acid and you'll burp almost right away.. The milk of magnesia.. that'll clear you right out. Just don't overdo it with the milk of mag.. You don't want your big day spent on the can. That could be a real "big day" killer. ;-)Health Question & Answer

To bandaged the problem you can have 3-4 cups od chamomile and lemon tea tomorrow and 2 tonight. However, what I think you need is more fiber in your body and detox your colon.

A cure that always seems to work for me is full fat milk, it is apparently something to do with regulating acid. Im not sure but it does work and is worth giving it a try. Just drink it cold, out of the carton (well, a glass is preferable :) )
