Question: Is it true that iceberg lettuce is "calorie negative".?
I heard that your body burns more calories breaking it down than the lettuce contains itself. Is that true or is it a myth.?

lol by caloric negative it means that it takes more energy to digest than the sum it yields
vegetables are always low cal
