Why do i get bored and feel lazy from my routine body work out exercise?!


Question: Why do i get bored and feel lazy from my routine body work out exercise.?
it happens that i make plans then after some time i stop doing my routine work out. feel lazy, and even if i force my self i am very much below my targets.

The same reason you would get bored with food if you ate chicken soup for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And the same reason you'd stop caring about fashion if we all could only wear the same outfit.

Humans crave stimulation and variety. "Routines" are good, but your body can get used to one and plateau. You need to take days off and throw in "surprises" for your body here and there. Normally jog.? Spend a few days biking everywhere. Swim laps.? Treat yourself to a month-long pass to salsa dancing classes.

When your interest peaks, so will your workouts.

Sugar levels. Your not eating enough carbs to match your exercise resulting in a drop in sugar levels which is making you lethargic. Half an hour before exercise have some carbs. The exact amount you'll work out over a week or so but start with a bowl of bran cereal and a banana and do the same half hour after. Maybe a granary chicken sandwich. Although it sounds contradictory don't exercise within 90mins of a normal meal as this will disrupt the bodies normal food digestion process diverting the energy to exercise use.Health Question & Answer

Simple. You're easily bored with it. It's become routine.

Spice it up by adding new moves to it, or incorporate a walk or run into it, or dance ....

You could also spread it out over your day. Take a brisk 20-minute walk on your lunch break before eating, for example. Health Question & Answer
