Question: How do you loose 30 pounds by may.?
I don't want to take pills. (I'm only in my teens). And I don't want to have to work really hard. I just want to exercise about 3-4 hours a week and watch what I eat. Do you think I can do it. You CAN do it! I was 174 last week and now I am down to 166. From taking a 1.5 hour walk each night! And not a power walk, just a walk. You will probably lose a lot of weight at first, and then just gradually after that, but you feel better and u will lose the weight! You do not tell us your current weight or height. Your goal is six months to lose thirty pounds. That goal is very reasonable if you are really overweight, but dangerous if you are looking to be as thin as some models.

If you are really 30 pounds overweight, losing 1-2 pounds weekly can be done with a 1200 calorie balanced diet and moderate exercise. Your hours of exercise must be at a level to stimulate your pulse to a level of 120 or more beats per minute. Drink plenty of plain water, not soda (even diet soda). Avoid fast foods and starches.

Actually if you eat the right amount of everything and exercise without working out too hard you will be fine.But start slowly like try cutting your food down little by little and on your first week 30-45 minutes of exercise is enough.Then as you go you can eat less if you want but if you're gonna eat less be sure to take vitamens a,d,c,etc so you don't become unhealthy.Good luck,i hope you get to your dream body!Health Question & Answer

ok so don't try to go on an extreme diet and not eat any food because that would just make you anorexic and then you'll eventually get even bigger because since your body has no energy or food, it basically eats up your internal organs and THEN you die...ya not a happy thought

Good girl, the pill never works, its just a myth and supplements can actually kill you. Even if you work out a lot you are never going to loose any weight, the point is to stop eating too much.The average person should be taking 2,000 calories or under to stay healthy or thing. You need to learn to graize eat 5 small meals a day no bigger than the size of your fist. It will bump up your metabolism.

2 proteins -Chicken - plain, tuna, LEAN meat,yogurt, cheese, milk
3 veggies and fruit - per day you can make it in with food or shakes

You have to get that px90 ( i think that's what it's called) It works! All my husbands friends do it and they dropped a ton of weight and got into shape quick. It's a DVD that has circuit training system to follow.
