Does eating cottage cheese and almonds before bed help?!


Question: Does eating cottage cheese and almonds before bed help.?
i eat it like 15mins before bed is this good bad..i sleep 8hrs usually eat at 945 sleep 10-6 eat breakfast at 630 will eating the cottage cheese and nuts do anything to help if so what..liek would it make a difference if i had these 380cals split in my other meals and no meal before bed or whatHealth Question & Answer
