Stubborn back fat?!? please help?!

Question: Stubborn back fat.?!.? please help.?
ok so i'm a 16 yo teenaged girl and i am 5'7 tall and about 145 lbs. (meh)
i've been having issues with this excess fat on my back...especially lower. i mean it's not that bad as i am not overweight but healthy bmi, but it still bugs me!!!

i need to get rid of it to do better in my back bridge and handstands and curls and other flexiblity stuff, etc. i notice that i am not able to improve my back bridge because of it, it just seems to be in the way. i am already pretty flexible i think this is just holding me back and causing me minor back pain after i do the streches because of how it all squishes together and puts pressure on my spine.

how to get rid of it.?.?.? other than diet, i mean cuz i'm working on that to lose a few pounds.

any exercises that will get rid of it fast.?.?.?
it is mostly lower back and then under shoulderblades. so plz help me, it's 10 pts anyway. 10 pts 10 pts! :)Health Question & Answer

Everyone has a trouble spot. It can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same. You need to eat less and exercise more. The reason why there's only one solution for all of these problems is because it's impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from.

When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. To lose this fat, you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning that fat for energy. There is absolutely no way to control where your body goes to find this extra fat.

The larger your calorie deficit (a bigger calorie deficit means a bigger difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decrease. You can increase your calorie deficit by cutting your daily intake and exercising more. Sit ups will do nothing to target the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to target the fat around your thighs. Rowing and overhead lats. Where you pull the bar down over you head and slightly behind your head. also, try put your hands behind you and sitting on an aerobic bench. When you are ready, dip up and down by taking your behind off the bench. There are called dips. You can also do this on bars that you pull up and over the bar.
Find a physical trainer and ask them to show you exercise that will work your particular problem area. You do need some cardio too to get rid of the fat.

Your bar should be comfortable on the second or third set of hooks if you have four hooks.

Good luck!
