Since you are new to lifting a possible answer could be that you lost all of your intramuscular fat (the fat in between the muscle fibers). 6 weeks is when people typically see this happen. Keep working out and increase your pre-workout carbs and increase your protein to at least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight.Health Question & Answer

What is an ecto.?

Doing too much Cardio can make you burn more muscle than you gain but it's highly unlikely unless you're a marathon runner...

What kind of exercises are you doing.? If the weights are not heavy enough, it could just be as effective as cardio meaning your exercises aren't helping your muscles. Pushing your muscles makes them grow...

Try altering your exercises and or diet....? Best I can offer without more details...Health Question & Answer

It sounds like your not doing something right. For that much commitment to lose muscle kinda sucks. I read a book that taught me the right techniques. It kinda seems expensive for a book but its worth it. Its like having a personal trainer. Its filled with all types of crazy info about exercises. It helped me, so it might help you. check it.http://getbufffast.com/Health Question & Answer

either your not taking enough carbs b4 and while you workout and your body uses its fat and muscle to excercise or it cud be that you arent taking enough protein after workout

try protein products or if ur underage eat meat/ eggs n other protein foods after workoutHealth Question & Answer

where you on creatine.? cause it could just be water. It really wouldn't make sense that you were fatter and not also stronger, if you gained fat and were lifting hard, you got stronger too.Health Question & Answer
