Question: Help me please!!! CRUNCH TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.?
thanks peoples, im looking for an ab workout. at present, this is it:
2 sets of 10 oblique crunches(30 seconds break between crunches)
3 sets of 30 bycicle crunches
3 sets of regular crunches

i do this every other day- only i did it today and didnt feel anything really, but i know its been working coz my stomach is getting more tonned.?.?
