Question: I hate being fat!!!! >:(.?
I have enough to think/worry about. And my weight/body is making me depressed I hate looking in my long mirror cuz you can see my body. I know, I have low self-esteem. I'm also lazy :(
So what can I do to get to a healthy weight and an atleast average looking body.
I'm 5'3" 119 pounds. (sounds light... but look at my freaking measurements, i'm gigantic)
chest: 33"
waist: 26"
hips: 36"
My THIGHS ARE THE BIGGEST BLOBS OF FAT IN THE WORLD.
Please help me. I really want to make a change. But nothing like running, cuz it's way too cold outside (and I'm not making an excuse, i live in canada, so it snows a lot.)

Your BMI is what doctors use to determine if you are underweight, normal weight, or overweight.
Your BMI is about 21.1 which is in the normal range. Normal is anywhere from 18.5 to 24.9. Try exercising to tone up and drop a FEW pounds if you are not happy with your body. also, make sure you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. I'm sure you are a beautiful young lady.

The first step is to change the perspective you have about your body. You are being too negative. The only way to lose fat is by a healthy diet and exercise. So, you're not the exception. If it is too cold outside to run, find a gym near you or if you can, buy a treadmill. If you can't afford one, nor a gym membership, go on the internet and find information about running on cold weather. I am sure that there is something you can do. Try searching what type of clothing you can wear to be warm when you run. There you go, that's not an excuse anymore. Now it's up to you to decide weather you want to make the effort or not.
