Question: The Biggest Loser Diet.?
I just finished watching "The Biggest Loser" on the style network and WOW. How on earth do those people lose so much weight so quickly.? This one guy lost 20 pounds in ten days! That's ridiculous! I don't really want to lose THAT much in ten days because of fear of ending up with loose skin but damn. What do those people eat and how many hours of exercise do they do per day.? also, what kinds of exercises.? I want to reach a healthy weight for my height (I'm 5 feet 5 inches tall) by the summer of 2009. I'm probably like 230 or something right now. Help!Health Question & Answer

They exercise everyday really intense and have personal chefs and nutritionists prepare their meals with all the right amounts of fats, protein, etc. Im guessing they probably cut out high carb foods too (breads, rice, pasta, etc). Drank 8+ glasses of water a day. Did about 1-3 hours of exercise a day.. INTENSE exercise, cut down their calorie limit and were very strict.

Its also somewhat easier to lose weight when your in a competition like that - i dont know why, but for a lot of people competing against each other just makes it more of a challenge and more fun.Health Question & Answer
