iv started working out i want to lose weight and tone up..am not really big or anything so i suppose i wanna tone up more im ok at the working out bit but i don't really no what are the best foods to eat any one got any advise.?Health Question & Answer

Porridge in the morning, or whole grain cereal with fruit. Grilled fish and chicken, or turkey without skin is also a great choice. Lots of vegetables, and fruit.
Keep in mind that in order to lose weight, drinking plenty of water is key. You should also try to eat things with the good oils in them, such as oily fish, nuts such as almonds, or brazil, not toasted, but raw, and not too many. A palmful a day is good enough. Don't eat too late in the evening, and make sure to get some exercise in the form of a good brisk 30 min walk a day, and a swim.
Stay away from bad fats, and empty calories, such as white bread, and crisps and chips. Don't eat fried foods, either, and watch your portion sizes. Hope that helps, and good luck x
