Whats the normal weight of a 17 year old girl thats about 5'6?!


Question: Whats the normal weight of a 17 year old girl thats about 5'6.?
I weigh about 130..and im seriously not skinny. I have small boobs so maybe that can explain it. I have no problem with anything but my stomach. Im currently on a diet and Ive lost about 3 pounds already.

wow i'm 17 and 5'6!! haha and i weigh 115
i am very slim but sooo outta shape cardio wise

soo i joined a gym and plan on doing cardio kickboxing for a more toned look

but to stay slim you have to eat right
all i eat is fruits veggies, low fat, and low sodium foods
if you don't do any cardio work (anything that makes your heart pump faster) than you prolly only need about 1500 calories or less

i stay slim by eating right and drinkt TONS of water!!! water water water drink up soo you want to be IN shap and thin not just thin like i am... everyone needs cardio work to be 100% healthy

i think around 125 is a good weight for 5'6'' unless you like super buff lol and it depends on your build are you petite.? or thicker.? i'm petite so like if you stand me up to another fit and slim girl thats 5'6'' i would apear smaller because i have small shoulders and am just petite!!Health Question & Answer

i'm 15, 5'2', and i weigh right around 122. i used to weigh 130. because of ur height i'd say ur weight is perfect. i lost a few pounds but i have a larger chest which explains a lot of my weight. i'd recommend a more protein filled diet.i tried it once and it worked great and plus i love salads! i'm not skinny either! my thighs seem to be the problem, but i have a first cousin who was unable to swallow and therefore unable to eat, and that made me realize how thankful i am for the ability to enjoy foods. he was sickly thin! but for ur height and weight i would say no less than 120 pounds! Diets are unhealthy. Lifestyle changes are better. Cutting out processed food, sweets, junk-food, lower carb intake and not eating empty calories is a great way to live and maintain a healthy weight. Never starve yourself. You should never feel super hungry. Whole wheat foods are great also.

That weight is normal for your height. Best way to lose stomach fat is crunches or sit ups(maybe 20 a day). You can lose body weight and still have a chubby stomach if you don't exercise it, unless you plan on losing a lot of weight and becoming a skinny person.Health Question & Answer
