Question: How can I become muscular in a short amount of time.?
Im in High School and I want to know how to become more muscular.Health Question & Answer


Answers:
Run to burn fat. Try 1-2 miles every other day at first.
To put on muscle, do push ups, sit ups, and/or weightlifting. Think 50-100 push ups or sit ups and add to that as you can do more.
Squats, lunges, chin ups, bar dips, rowing, cycling, and whatever else you can think of will help too. Try to do a set of as many as you can in a row, rest, then try again.
Give yourself every other or every third day off to let your muscles recover, or you'll just end up hurting yourself.
