School fitness test ?!


Question: School fitness test .?
ok so i took the fitness test in school and i got . . .
58 seconds on the flex-arm hand
9.3 min on the mile run
11 push-ups in 1min
40 sit-ups in 1min

my coatch said i really need to improve an everything-he wasn't being sarcastic or anything

i need
*upper body streangth
*flexibility (legs)
*more sit/push ups
*faster mile

your sit-ups score is actually really good

to improve any of them its really just doing the activity. You are too young to need to go to the gym so just run four times a week. With a couple runs involving 5 x 30 sec faster bursts. Stretch before every run and do a few sets push-ups in sets of 5-10 reps every second day. Over time the amount of sets and number of reps in each set will progress.

You need to eat good protein to support your muscle.
also do some exercises.
If you want more mass then go for high weight and low reps

Your coach must be pretty strict. 9:30 seconds on the mile is just fine. But I have to say that 11 push ups is pretty sad. You should be getting about 35-40. And 40 situps is average.Health Question & Answer
