i'm 137 right now & i'd like to weigh 130.. but i'm sick of the ellyptical and the tredmill. any fun exercises you can think of.?Health Question & Answer

get all of your friends or work mates or both and enter in an after work activity. its really fun and everyone (even your competition) is just there to have fun. its fantastic i love it. personally i do netball but you could do basketball or something and if you want something personal than maybe try yoga- everyone is really accepting and you make heaps of friends...............never e afraid to try something new.

watch some of them nice sharon stone videos like them from basic instinct or sumthin and punch the clown..if u a girl then stick em up and roar like a hyena
itll give u a sweat and burn off around 1000 calories
its almost like running on the treadmill for an hour
make sure u lube that shizz up

Try a gym class, like a spin class or kickboxing. It'll make you sore, but it'll shock your system, in a good way. It will use muscles you're not used to working, therefore causing weight loss.
Be sure to drink enough water.
