Will losing body fat show more muscular detail?!
Question: Will losing body fat show more muscular detail.?
I'm about 213lbs and 5'10 with about 18% body fat. I have alot of muscle, but a small gut too, but you can still really see my upper body muscles very well since they're so big. If I ran alot and lost the body fat, will my muscles appear more detailed and bigger.?Health Question & Answer

Yea . the 18% body fat is covering all of your muscle and if you lose 5-10 you will see a huge transformation. I would try http://lose-the-weight-quick.com/wuyi/ and keep at your normal routine. It sounds like you are fairly healthy, you just need a little something extra to burn off the few pounds of fat you haveHealth Question & Answer
Yes. I read this thing on a magazine once (I think cosmo) that when someone loses fat, their muscles start to show. But, you still gotta develop those muscles to look really good.
I also read that people who have a lot of fat, when they exercise it out, their muscles tend to develop better looking that those skinny people.
Hope that helps. Cheers.Health Question & Answer
