Question: I'm 14, 5'6" and 138 lbs, am I fat.? .?
Because my mom sure thinks so. She's always implying to me that she thinks I'm fat and it's so annoying! I've asked all my friends repeatedly if they think I'm fat and they're all like, "Shut up, I'm gonna slap you!" Even my doctor said I'm at a average weight. I know I'm not the skinniest person ever but I never saw myself as fat until my mom started calling me fat.
Like just this morning, I had on a pair of leggings and a tunic that went up to mid thigh and she was like "No! Go put on a shirt that reaches your knee or take those leggings off." And I was like "No one wears shirts that long." And then she said, "Yes, but they are skinny enough to wear leggings, you aren't skinny!"

This is your mom's problem, not yours. You need to talk to her about it and how it is making you feel when she calls you fat. no that falls in the normal weight for your height and you're also going through puberty so you might have more weight in some places then others, just eat healthy and get some exercise and once your done w/ your growth spurt your weight should equal out

you are not fat, maybe chubby, but definitely not fat!!!!!!

maybe im saying this cuz im 5'9'' and 121lbs...
if u think that u r fat, plz dont starve urself...its very unhealthy! there r many better ways to lose ur weight..like,for example, do exercise and eat healthy food...find a boyfriend *(1 kiss-much calories less)* drive a bicycle,or buy a dog and run with it..go,skating..visit swimming pool..dont eat chocolate... dont drink coke everyday.... dont watch tv when u r eating...keep urself away from mc donalds and burger king....
and u will be skinny like a model..
