just to get started im 14 years old and I want to increase the size of my biceps not to a ridiculous size but to a good size which will suit my body type (athletic) my strength is mainly in my legs so i want to match that strength in my arms as well without shakes and going to the gym everydayHealth Question & Answer

At your age I wouldn't get to carried away with weight training just yet but learning a few exercises will give you the knowledge and good building blocks down the line. For now just stick to the basics; push-ups (chest), pull-ups (back), standing dumbbell curls (biceps), chair dips (triceps), military press (shoulders), crunches (abs). When performing each exercise use a lighter weight, light enough to complete 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
