Question: Will playing football once a week make me thinner.?
Im 17 & I play football once a week for an hour and also do pressups and situps every other day. will this make me thinner.?
i dont want it to by the way because i have alrerady got a thin figure i want to bulk up abit if anything.

But backyard football is a little different. People play different positions since there's only a few of you and you're more active (you don't run for three yards, get tackled, then have to wait a minute to do it again).
