Question: How much will this aid my efforts of losing weight.?
I have cut carbs and anything with high fructose corn syrup in it from my diet starting today. Will this help me loose weight if I exercise about 3 times a week.?Health Question & Answer

hmm not that much, besides almost everything out there has HFCS!!! so it would be kind of impossible to stay away from it 100% lol (i did mention that it can cause obesity and diabetis.. i just stay away from already made foods, cookies, any food that comes in a box, etc)

however the excercise will do it (i believe those 3 times a week are the minimum ammount for mantaining a healthy lifestyle) so i guess you will lose some.
dont cut carbs too much either (it depends on what portions your talking.. so i cant really say much here) yes cutting carbs can be good but at some extend.

now i can give you a few tips of my own (lost 18 lb just with dieting with my own plan i made yay) but ill give you the MAIN ones in case you wanna use them:

-WATER (around 64 oz daily)!!!! it will clean your body, and it will help with the digestive system (most of the time, a lot of the weight is just crap stuck in your guts.. and that crap sometime accumulates there for years in layers!).. but make sure you also have a high fiber diet at the same time (also helps a lot).. it has to be around 25-30 grams daily

-Quit things like sodas! (now there is a lot of HFSC lol)

-Have green tea everyday! (i have it with brown sugar,.. wayyy better heheh)

-HAH i was just going to recommend to leave meat but then i remembered that you are vegan lol (then you probably have a better digestive system after all)

-less sodium (retains water)

You need to do 2 things. Eat less and Work more.
1. Eat less. Take 2 or 3 times in a day. Do not take more number of times. Do not consume sugar, milk, salt, oil and their products.
2. Do exercises and Yogaasanas (Position Excercises). Do yogaasanas till you feel painful. You must sweat after completion of your work out.
