How do I stop my habbit?!


Question: How do I stop my habbit.?
lol, I have a habbit were I twist my hair..I've done this since I was a little girl, but know my hair is falling out and I am only 16...I get terrible tangles! I want to stop but its hard too.=/ what are some tips to stop this dumb habbit!.? Health Question & Answer

its just like chewing your finger nails, everytime you feel the urge to do it try and find something else the same second to do instead

wear gloves on your hands so your more award when you do it. if you do it for thirty days straight they say you can stop a habit. i've tried it and it works. ask your friends and family to tell you to stop in a really mean way when you do it so that your aware to stop and that you'll never want to do it again.hope this helped : )Health Question & Answer

when you feel like you have to twirl your hair fing a way to occupie yourself. find something to mess around with in your hands like playdo or something, also try cracking your knuckles it dosnt do any damage to your hands, dont worry, it wont give you arthritess.Health Question & Answer

i agree with most answers, but DONT click crack your fingers! i know someone who when she was younger used to snap her hands all the time & she ended up having to get a metal plate in her hand, and she cant work for life -seriously!Health Question & Answer
