Question: WHATS THE MATTER WITH MY DIET.?
I eat a high fiber cearel with skim milk in the morning. Then I eat saalad with chicken or meat around 6 pm. Throughout the day ill have a piece of string cheese or fruits. i exercise anywhere from 20 min to an hour a day. I have 2 kids cant get it in more. but im not loosing weight whats wrong with my diet.?Health Question & Answer

Malnutrition is the first thing that comes to mind. You are not eating enough, I know that sounds wierd, but by starving yourself you have slowed your metabolism down to a crawl. And with as much as you are exercising, you need more calories.

Get on an online calorie counter and find out how many calories you should be eating per day. Try eating something healthy every 3 hours or so, or 5-7 small meals all day long. This will keep your metabolism running high all day long, instead of running on empty and sluggish. 20-60 mins of exercise is awesome!! A month is not long enough really as you will not find any benefit for a few months. I am saying this because in my view there's very little wrong with your diet. Just give it a bit more time then hopefully you will see results.
Just watch the Caffeine intake though as it is a bit excessive.Health Question & Answer

You're not eating enough.
You need to eat 3 meals a day plus snacks. Or 5 small meals a day.
If you're not eating alot your body goes into survival mode because it thinks youre starving it and it will hold onto all the weight it can.
So although it sounds weird you need to eat abit more to lose weight.Health Question & Answer

Do as i am doing for my diet - just eat fruit & salad during the day & a proper dinner at night plus do an hours worth of exercise
