my gf just cut down to eating 2 meals a day but they are low calorie, often salads and drinking just iced tea instead of pop...she does maybe 100 crunches a day if she has time which she usualy doesnt but just from eating like that, a few crunches and her waitressing job she went from 110 - 98 in about 2 weeksHealth Question & Answer

Eating just 2 meals a day is not going to cut it for you. You need to balance the caloric intake by spreading it over the day in 5-6 small meals. It will do us alot of good to remember that weight loss basically comes do to managing your calorie intake vs the expenditure and a good workout regime in my opinion moderate cardio for 3 days and 2 days of light to moderate weight training is a good template to start with for specific please consult a professional who can help you with a customized workout and diet routine.
No magic pill or fomula is going to work for us unless our basics are sound, be it muscle building, fat loss or general good health i am a big believer in that.
