even if you want to be toned, you have to have some muscle mass to tone, and yeah, curling 10lb 200 times is probably a waste of your time if you wanna be bruce lee toned. you should really alter your workouts, do heavy days with less reps (8-12) and light days (id say at least 20lb) with lots of reps..... 10lb will never give you a decent amount of muscle mass to be toned. Yea you are wasting your time. You actuallly have to lift heavy weight (meaning you can only do like 8 reps) to bulk up as well as eat a lot of protein. If you can do 200 reps you are really not doing anything, you should probably increase the weight so that you struggle a little to get to 30 repsHealth Question & Answer

You could up your weight a bit and not get huge. Yes, low weight and high reps is good for toning, but 10lbs is granny light. Thats why you can do 200 reps. Try doing 25, that's what I do, and my arms are not big.Health Question & Answer

One handed push ups and chin ups should give you that tone. Bruce Lee did 50 one handed chin ups and had that tone so do those. These are a little hard to do though so start 2 handed first. I've done this method and I'm seeing tone without too much bulk.Health Question & Answer

yea. u should probably go higher with the weight.Health Question & Answer
