You might be focusing on your arms to much. Remember, your body will always stay balanced (somewhat), thats why you will never see a person with a ripped abs and fat legs.

What you need to start doing is working your whole body. I don't mean that you should start doing heavy lifting or anything. I just mean that you should start running or swimming, etc. Cardio will be your friend. A great type of cardio is "Interval Cardio" or also known as " Interval Training", it's quick and affective. You should start lifting light weights (cause I don't think you want to get bulky), and focus on your arms, but again work your whole body too.
