Question: What are some good ways to loose some weight.?
Okay, so I'm a little over weight, but i want to loose some pounds. Please be specific.

I know you said ideas other than excersizing and diet but really JoJo, thats what it's going to take. You can try pills or suppliments but really that will just leave you broke. Working out and adjusting your diet will not only make you look better, but it will help you feel better. You will have TONS more energy and will be able to do alot more. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT try starving yourself or skipping meals. People that eat all three meals are known to be thinner and more healthy than those that don't. I know it doesn't really sound fun(but it is once you get in the hang of things) but thats really what it's going to take.

If you want your weight loss to be definitive it has to be progressive.

Exercise and eat healthy. If you don't like exercise walk as much as you can.

Drink a lot of water, eat veggies, grilled chicken, fish, fruit... To lose weight it is important to eat 3 meals and 2 light snacks (yogurts, fruits...)
