Obviously, Hannibal the Cannibal likes to make her clients feel bad rather than encouraging them because that comment was rude. Everyone has different levels of fitness and for her to make you feel bad about how much exercise you do was uncalled for.

I'm going to say something that may sound mean: I'm disabled and I workout more often than you do.

That should tell you that you aren't really putting forth your best effort here, which is why you are having trouble lifting and toning your butt area, and probably other areas as well. This should also tell you that there's no magic, just hit it harder.

What exactly do you think you'll accomplish with just two days of weights.? What do you do exactly for your weight days and cardio days.? Email that to me. Health Question & Answer

get on your hands and knees and lift a leg up, and down....that tones the butt soooo well and the back of your thighs...
then lay on your side, and lift a leg up and down sideways, that will get the other side
