Question: Right arm bigger than left arm...how do I fix this.?
OK, so I use my right arm way more than my left (playing guitar, writing, throwing, etc.) so since this last summer, I have been lifting weights with only my left arm. But my right arm is still bigger. I've come to the conclusion that by lifting weights with only my left arm, I was also burning fat on my left arm, which makes things even worse.
So if I have more fat and muscle on my right arm, how do I get my left the same size.? Any help is much appreciated!Health Question & Answer
