What is a healthy dinner idea considering what i've ate?? easy points!?!


Question: What is a healthy dinner idea considering what i've ate.?.? easy points!.?
Ive ate

-1 cup kashi cereal, 1/2 cup skim milk
-1 small green apple
-90 cal wheat bread with a little turkey fat free slices
-organic pretzels (130 cal)
-1 pear
-1 100 cal granola bar
-6 carrots

so far that makes about 730 calories.

so I want to know what I should have for dinner.
today is my day off from running 5 miles, crunches, pilates, etc.
and I only want 1200 calories.

should I have salad with 3 oz grilled boneless skinless chicken (no dressing) and serving of kashi crackers (130 cal), one pear, one small apple.? and maybe another granola bar.?

I dont want to gain weight because im not working out today.
or should I have that grilled chicken on 90 cal wheat bread, kashi crackers, pear, and apple.?

I dont know..I definitely want that grilled chicken because my mom already took it out.
so what should I have.?
that is HEALTHY.?

im 17, 5'5'', and 110-113 lbs depending on day.

You run 5 miles every other day and you are worried about eating chicken for dinner.? What you just described is very healthy and I wouldn't worry about it. You are at a good weight - even a couple more pounds wouldn't hurt you. Stop obsessing over this.

Actually, if you are running 5 miles every other day and doing pilates you should actually be consuming more calories to give you more energy. You sound very healthy to me but you seriously need to stop obsessing over this. That sounds unhealthy.

Even exercising 5 days a week if you are running 5 miles you don't need to worry about eating that chicken. The meals you are eating are healthy. Besides, even if you "gained weight" by eating this chicken you will just burn it off when you exercise next.Health Question & Answer

YOU HAVE GREAT CONTROL! Even though you are underweight and you run everyday(good for you by the way! =) ) i would have to say go for that chicken, thats the perfect choice i would even add alittle more to your meal such as some fruit for desert, maybe you can make a fruit smoothie. Celery(negative cals), more veggies, drink lots of water
