What is a healthy dinner idea for what i've ate so far today? EASY points!?!


Question: What is a healthy dinner idea for what i've ate so far today.? EASY points!.?
okay so Ive ate about 730 calories so far. all healthy (kashi cereal, skim milk, light wheat bread with turkey slices, pear, apple, etc)

so I want to know what I should have for dinner.
today is my day off from running 5 miles, crunches, pilates, etc.
and I only want 1200 calories. I exercise this 5 days a week.

should I have salad with 3 oz grilled boneless skinless chicken (no dressing)
and serving of kashi crackers (130 cal), one pear, one small apple.? and maybe another granola bar.?

I dont want to gain weight because im not working out today.
or should I have that grilled chicken on 90 cal wheat bread, kashi crackers, pear, and apple.?

I dont know..I definitely want that grilled chicken because my mom already took it out.
so what should I have.? what should i have with it.?.?
that is HEALTHY.?

im 17, 5'5'', and 110-113 lbs depending on day.
yesterday I was 110 lbs.

Hey, I think you should have the salad and chicken with the crackers and fruit, sounds healthy to me! If you really need to eat another granola bar then wait for a few hours after dinner. I dont think you will want it after eating dinner, save it for a snack later if you want one.Health Question & Answer

Make an open faced sandwich.. Drizzle balsamic vinegar on it along with a pear and glass of non fat milk... after dinner if you're still hungry make a cup of green tea.. It helps make you feel full and assists in burning of body fat.. plus tons of anti-oxidants to keep you healthy! Which you need since you're dieting. Enjoy.Health Question & Answer
