At the beginning of 2009, I plan to start a diet. As it stands, I'm about 5'8, I weight around 180 lbs, and I'm 14 going on 15. I'm not obese, but I am a bit overweight. I want to start a diet for about a month or so, because it doesn't take long for me to lose weight when I'm really serious about it. But because I weigh more than previous times I've dieted, I'm wondering how much exercise will help me lose about 40 lbs in the course of one or two months.?
