How much weight will i lose if i follow this diet for 2 months?!


Question: How much weight will i lose if i follow this diet for 2 months.?
lets say i follow this diet for exactly two months, no cheating at all:

breakfast: 2 egg whites boiled or 1 banana
lunch: box of raisins or 1 container of yogurt
dinner: 1/2 cup of corn or broccoli

also, if i drink nothing but water and run 1 mile every single day ...

let's see...i think that will be about 3-4 lbs per week.
and 2 months is 9 weeks, right.?

so...(calculating calculating)
YOU WILL LOSE 27-36 pounds on the diet alone!!!! (so 30 lbs AT LEAST probably)
you WILL PROBABLY lose close to 36-45 ish lbs i think with the exercise and just water. but that's not neccessary to restrict to just water and u will still lose at least 30 lbs. weight loss will vary from each week to week, u could lose less and u could lose WAY MORE. yay :)
oh yes and beware of your excess skin and sagging with so much weight loss quickly. u might want to slow down and add another small meal to prevent this. however, if u r younger than 25 it probably won't happen.

and i have to say, those are really small meals and it sounds like a tough diet. but you have to stick with it!!! this is a very strict plan u're following so it will be very hard for u to not cheat on it, considering u r 150 lbs and probably eat more than slimmer folks. don't get discouraged if u cheat a bit ever, just keep going and don't cheat again. find an inspiration picture to look at and stay motivated the whole time! THEN IT WILL WORK EXACTLY AS YOU PLANNED.

you'd probably lose alot of weight, but then again your really not getting enough nutrition for the entire day. you need meat, or beans daily to get enough iron. I would follow the guidlines for the food pyramid. this "diet" isn't very healthy at all. not enough potassium, iron or even vitamins for the entire day.
How about for breakfast you have: 1 slice whole grain bread, egg white and a banana, Lunch you could have a lettuce salad with little or no dressing and Dinner have boneless skinless chicken breast broiled, a salad or some greens like broccoli. than for snacks throughout the day you can have your raisins or yogurt.
it will also help if you do decide to run. or even walk everyday and yes, keep drinking water as pop will give you WAY more sugar than you really need. Health Question & Answer

You need a lot more food than that!!
Try this meal plan on for size...
Breakfast: Eggs, bacon, whole wheat toast, etc.
~small healthy snack (fruit, veggies, etc.)~
Lunch: Salad or a healthy sandwich
~small healthy snack~
Dinner: Something with meat, veggies, and maybe a starch.
Don't anything about 3 hours before you go to bed or after 7:00.
You need to drink more than water!! How about 100% fruit juice.? Sure, you need to drink plenty of water, but don't limit yourself to just that! With the meal plan you've picked out, you won't be getting nearly as many nutrients as you need to function. also, try exercising more and switching up your regimen every so often.
