How can i increase the amount of weight i can bench press?!


Question: How can i increase the amount of weight i can bench press.?
i'm 14 i bench 120 10 times. i workout with my friend 3 times a week, we do triceps and shoulders usually. i want to make sure this is good. links to articles is appreciated, a simple explanation is great too. Health Question & Answer


Answers:
hopefully you don't do everything the same day, u should be only working out chest once a week. And if your only 14 calm down on the heavy lifting go and run. Because when you lift heavy your muscle tears, u rest and then it builds itself back up when your resting that muscle, so if your growing it's not good to be tearing the muscles because it makes it harder for them to expand.
