Walk a minute, run a minute, walk a minute, run a minute, for as long as you can. keep trying and don't give up too fast. I know, it may seem like if you just keep running, you'll lose more,
but my fitness instructor told me this is a better routine.

The treadmill is a good cardio workout. You can burn calories, but you must also watch what you eat, what time of night you eat, and the portion sizes of what you eat as well. Sit ups are really good for helping you to firm the abdominal muscles.
Just remember that a healthy diet, along with daily exercise is always a good combination to help you reduce weight. Start when you're young, so you develop good habits to carry you through your older years.

Any cardiovascular exercise like using the treadmill will help you lose weight. In conjunction with a good diet of course.
Personally I think jogging (round your neighbourhood) is a lot better. It burns moer calories (because of greater variety of slopes, etc),and is way more invigorating - not so painful and dull.Health Question & Answer

Get up, and use it for 1/2 an hour. Then have a big breakfast. That will raise your metabolism for the whole day.
Exercise more later, and have a bigger lunch and smaller dinner. Less bread and carbs in your life, more greens and veges. Be sure you get plenty of enzymes, vitamins and minerals. Take cinnamon to block blood sugar swings.
Quit any foods with MSG, or artificial sweetners. Health Question & Answer

Use the elliptical or find a workout class. Both things will be better.
