Question: Tips, tricks, & stuff.?
im planning on losing a significant amount of weight by june...in a healthy manner. please any tips or advice would be really helpfull!

Eat pineapple. Seriously, it worked wonders for my friend. She was a little overweight, but then she started eating a few pieces of pineapple after lunch everyday (with a moderate exercise regime and controlled eating habits ie no fried stuff or chocolate) and she lost weight really fast.Health Question & Answer
