This is bothering me.....?!


Question: This is bothering me......?
ok here it is. im 14 and i'd say im pretty fit, my torso is pretty good,im about 5'5, but it's just my legs. my mom's whole side has big legs. not necesarrily fat, like i can c some of theirs is pretty muscular and mine are too, if i'm sitting down and i smack my calf it's flabby, but if i flex it's pretty hard. my thighs are bad they flex but i still feel a lot of excess fat, so my lower back area.....is pretty bad too, like not a massiive beast but bigger than average (rounded not flat i guess i mean) -sigh- well like in gym my shorts if they ever go past knees it's just like OHHHHH CRAP! and idk someone plz help wut do girls think about legs.? do they care.? is this okay.? should i excercise even more.? if i do, then wont they get even bigger.? can ne one help.? m i talkin too much.?

Hey...where's the problem at.? you sound pretty normal to me..nothing seems wrong with you!!!! And personally, some girls dont care about legs...like me, i could care less...BUT--> make sure you're not runnin around lookin like Borat [hairy asz legs]!!!!...and always hit the gym...even if u dont look any different, thats always a turn on. lolHealth Question & Answer

there is no such thing as targeted weight loss. any product or regime that claims otherwise is a complete gimmick. you may have to drop some weight until your thighs look agreeable to you. i know a man who carries a considerable amount of weight in his thighs. when he is thin, they look like any other mans legs. when he puts on a few pounds, they go right to his thighs. just achieve a good weight for yourself and your thigh fat will disappear. good luck!Health Question & Answer
