Everyone in my family is obest, but I want to diet since I keep getting bullied at school for being obest. What are some great ways to extersize and what are foods I should eat and which foods I shouldn't eat.?Health Question & Answer

i'm sure ur beautiful as you are and you shouldn't worry about people picking on you, they just do it bacause they have more issues than you do e.g dead parent, father beats them, so just laugh at them for it, but if you really want to go on a diet i suggest you only eat 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. no snaks, and when you eat, stay away from fatty food. instead, eat lots of fruit and veg like watermelon, oranges, carrots etc... as for exercise, try walking for as long as you can and everyday walk for the same amout of time you did the previous day or longer.Health Question & Answer

Anyway, you should find out what your recommended calorie intake for your height and age is, then try to stay within those bounds, then you could try and bring it down to 200 calories less if you aren't losing weight... then try running off 200 calories if you're not losing weight then, etc etc.

Well First off just try to consume less food or consume more food but healthy food like (Fruits,vegetables,Etc.)
do daily exercise like take a daily 10-15 minute walk!
