First of all its physically impossible for you to actually gain 7 pounds of fat by eating one pizza. There is a chance that the 7 pounds are simply everything you have been eating plus all the liquids you drink through out the day. also your body could very easily be retaining water. I wouldn't worry about it there is a good chance you lose it when you sleep and use the bathroom. also I would never recommend eating that much pizza at once because when you eat an over abundance of food your body will store it as fat.Health Question & Answer

probably the weight of the pizza and add weight of the liquids you drank with it and probably if you weighed yourself this morning than count anything else you ate as weight too, and any water retained to could add some weight.... it happens! Once you poop out the days food youll lose most the weight im sure.Health Question & Answer

you'll lose that 7 over night... maybe just 4lbs.. that's food weight... most of that will be gone in 12 hours.

but, remember those are empty calories.... eat something more nutritious and lesser weight value... and calories that have more vitamins and minerals.Health Question & Answer
