Question: Weight management help.? 10points.?
im 21 yrs old. im about 5'3" and i weigh like 113. normally, give or take 5 pounds. but i have a question. i have a pretty small frame, so when i gain weight it looks pretty gross. anyway i can keep from looking that way.?.?
i know i am at an average weight and im not looking to lose any. . . i just need to know how to stop fluctuating and gaining. especially in the past year my arms and thighs got a lot bigger then normal.

im very pleased with my body except my love handles.. .

I have nearly the exact same body as you and the same problem! I have a little belly that comes and goes despite being really small and healthy. I've found that doing cardio and ab/core exercises works the best as well as drinking more water. Running also is really the best overall body workout there is. Try to work on toning your body and not losing weight. Convert your fat into muscle! That's what I'm trying to do and it's been working so far! =)Health Question & Answer

When you go walking, try taking some small weights with you to carry in your hand or strap on wrist and ankle weights to keep the thighs and arms slimmer. A big mistake a lot of people make is how much cheese they eat. Stay away from salty foods that'll make you bloat. I know this sounds weird to bring up, but if you're eating too much cheese you will gain weight really quickly, so I would stay away from cheese too. I'm sure you look great, but if you want a stable weight figure out how your metabolism reacts and how active you are, then use one of those metabolic rate calculators online. From there, try to aim for that many calories a day while eating small meals throughout the day and drink plenty of water. i have the same problem. i just cut back on the salt and fat content of whatever i eat. i do a 10minute cardio,mini exercises nd crunchless abs. and on the weekend i run for awhile. this helps me from looking gross or anything.
if certain body parts gain more weight then when you do mini exercises then you should focus on them. that what i do. my arms get a lot bigger so i do a few push ups every few days but not to the point where it is going to get bulky.

OK so what you need to do on a regule basic is

1. Exercise.....
No you dont need tor n like 5 miles a day but jog 4 or 5 times a week, or some other work out.

2. Eat healthy.....
Fruit and veggies are great and instead of having 3 large meals a day, try 6 small meals a day. And lots of water too ( this can help with acne too!) haha
