do swimming,running,jogging,biking,and ect for 03hours a day. do 01hour in the morning and then 01hour in the afternoon and 01 hour in the evening that way all three hours will be equally separated.


doing a lot of cardio lets you shed those pounds while you eat healthy.

ditch the sugary drinks and the junk food.

There is no quick fix to losing weight. It is something that requires dedication, a healthy lifestyle, and most of all balance. Losing too much weight in too short of a period of time does not give your body any time to adjust. In the end all it does is make you sicker and shorten your life span.

First, you have to realize that body weight is not an indication of how healthy you are or how good you look. It is merely a number that is an arbitrary value.

Second, you are much better off trying to make yourself healthy than looking to lose weight.

Third, eat healthier. Fast food is fine every once in a while, but try to eat something a bit lean. The right seasonings can make anything taste delicious. Just always remember to actually eat. When you just stop eating, it forces your body into starvation mode and you end up slowing your metabolism which screws you over in the end. This is why yo-yo dieting doesn't work. Eat 3 or 4 balanced meals a day. An example would be a bowl of oatmeal that has been sprinkled with brown sugar along with a juicy apple or orange for breakfast. Lunch could be a nicely portioned turkey sandwich with tomato, lettuce, etc. Dinner could be a roasted chicken breast that has been lightly seasoned with some oregano, salt, and pepper along with a salad that has some balsamic vinegar dressing (NO RANCH VERY BAD), a baked potato with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, and a side of rice that is paired with some seaweed. This would a very reasonable set of meals for the day and you could even end it with some frozen yogurt or low fat ice cream.

Fourth, set out an exercise regime that you are certain to stick to. A couple of hours a day for about 5 days a week is a very reasonable schedule to go along with. It really makes a difference especially when you do proper exercises. Join and make sure you stick with a good gym with nice facilities. Do an hour or two of various free weights to give some muscle tone to replace that fat. While muscle weighs more than fat it makes you look pretty good as long as you don't go super overboard. Even if you don't want to build muscle, it is fine to just stick with a few low weights and focus on repetitions to make yourself more toned. Then go with about an hour of some cardiovascular activity like running, elliptical, biking, or whatnot. This will be very nice and reasonable. also, don't go overboard. If you work out too much, you have the risk of damaging your body and always know that too much of something is always bad.

Fifth, once you start, stick with it. I know it gets tough sometimes and that's why you don't have to be perfect all the time, but for the most part go with the routine. Learn to cook low fat meals. Learn how to exercise and how to be a healthier person. Check out exercises and the like online. Don't stop eating. Don't try vomiting. Those are both paths that lead you spiraling into self-destruction. I've seen a few people that fell into that pit and there really is no way to come fix yourself when you've gone too far. You become permanently damaged. Don't try to take weird drugs or weight loss medications. They don't work. Chopping off limbs would probably work, but I don't think that's recommended. Aside from liposuction in which case you'll recover just in time with lots of extra skin, there really isnt anything you can do to lose that much weight.
