If you can't eat nuts or any seeds during Phase 1 of the Atkins diet, is it ok to eat the Atkins Advantage Bar.?.?(Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar)

Well...In the book it actually says not to eat any atkins "products" during your intro phase. So I'd avoid the advantage bar all together...Just for 2 weeks. :)
Are you sure it said your couldn't eat any nuts.? I found a bunch of low carb nuts in health food stores (and some at walmart). You just have to look for ones that were not coated or soaked in sugar. lol
