I am female, 5'9 and 134 pounds. I want to look thin before I go home for christmas...Today my diet consists of:
multivitamin
tall glass of apple, carrot, ginger and lemon juice made in my juicer at home
I have been drinking alot of water and Im drinking a diet ginger ale right now...I dont feel hungry and it's 2:15 pm...is this bad.?Health Question & Answer

yes, its terrible. All diet are bad. You got to eat healthy and live healthy by eating real quality food and exercise. Although what you are eating may be healthy, like apple, carrot... etc. Ginger Ale is still considered to be junk food no matter if it's diet or not. the nutrients that you are consuming is not balance, which may cause deficiency, so I personally wouldn't suggest any kind of diet to anyone. You need some food so that your body burns calories. Try a late lunch of something like wholewheat sandwich or soup with bread, and eat meat or fish for dinner with salad. If you dont eat your body goes into starvation mode and you wont lose much weight, plus everything you lose you'll put back on. Even if youre not hungry make sure you eat. Congrats on the water thing though.
