Hello, I am a 13 year old boy and I am 5,4 and weigh 145 pounds I want to get down to 115-125 pounds fast with out using pills or any Jenny Craig foods. So basically I am saying that I want to loose 30 pounds fast! Whats a good diet plan for me.?.?.? also how many calories should I take in a day and how many minutes a day should I work out to loose 30 pounds fast.? I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
