Question: Im 15 yrs old 5 '7 overweight by 40 lbs. how can i lose them without running.?
AFTER 7TH GRADE I INJURED MY ANKLES AFTER THAT MY TENDONS ON MY ANKLES MOVED OUT PLACE BUT DOCTOR SAID IT WOULD BE OK...I TRYD SPORTS AGAIN BUT MY ANKLES HURT ALOT..AFTER THAT IVE BEEN GAINING WEIGHT UP IN TO 9TH GRADE....DOES ANYBODY KNOW A GOOD DIET OR A GOOD WAY TO DROP SOME POUNDS.?Health Question & Answer

In my opinion, walking is the best way to lose any weight. Walk at least 35 minutes a day. I tend to go about 45-1 hour. Eat plenty of protein, vegetables, fruits and moderate amounts of fat. I hope your not just worried about weight.? You are 15 and shouldnt be to over concerned. To want to be healthy should be what your going for. I used to be way over weight but the reason I started working out was to get healthy and feel better. I started lifting weights and lost a lot and started to tone up and feel better. I know I will never be a size zero but its more about health. Weights build muscles and burns calories faster than just cardio. I went to the gym and hour everyday and lost about 80lbs. Honestly, you will have to burn more calories than you take in. But you don't have to run. There are no magic pills to take or substance to drink.

Get a good pair of walking shoes, your tunes and just walk. Take a bottle of water with you and mall crawl if you don't live in a safe area to walk outside.
