If you don't want to look anorexic then you don't want to look like half of those photos. Exercise! Eat fruits and veggies, no crazy diets. exercise so your whole body gets better and you don't just lose weight.

I bet you look fantastic. You are at a very healthy weight for your height. You do not want to look like Victoria Beckham. She looks like a skeleton. You are actually under for being 5' 10". You have your health and that should make you very happy. Exercise, eat well and clean, drink lots of water. You'll be just great!Health Question & Answer
Genetics play a huge role in your weight....Look at your moms side of the family and your dads side of the family and you'll see. Your eating habits play a big role as well in you weight!! & lastly, your activity level is very important.
